Commission Work Queue
- See The full Page here!
- Queue: Your position in line, the queue is organized by who approves the next stage first!
- Phases are the number of parts an image has. Phase count is calculated by number of times a character(s) are being drawn on a page(s) times the number of stages to be completed.
- Upon completion of a stage your image is sent to you and moved to the end of the line.
- This page is set to auto update as I input new information, however you can always contact me on the status of your commission if you have questions or want to check. Please allow for 24 hours and a reply before asking for a new update.
Once the details of your order have been confirmed and we have agreed on a price, I will send you an invoice. This stage may include the creation of an order slip if you have a large or detailed order. The commission will then be added to the end of the Queue and the canvas will be created.
Your image will be sent to you for review at each stage of its creation: Sketch, Ink, and Color/Shade. Extra review stages can be added at the commissioner's request. You will also get to review the image after any edits are made. The only time edit stages will be skipped is for wing-it images and base adopts.
Edits can be made at each review stage. Please feel free to ask for adjustments as needed, especially in the early phases. Edits are free for details I missed from the commission request or minor general adjustments. Major edits for items not included in the original order or asking to change more than 50% of the image will require an extra fee (Example: Adding an extra character to the image or changing the entire pose).
While an image is in review with a commissioner it is inactive at the back of the Queue and will remain there until I have a reply that confirms if an image is approved for the next stage or needs edits. Commissions that are not replied to in a week or more will be archived in an order slip until the commissioner can be reached.
Once approved, your image will be scheduled for posting. Buyers will get a full resolution copy of the image and can request a .SAI or .PSD version of their image additionally.
My images can only be posted after completion by myself and the original commissioner(s) and must contain a link back to me as the original artist. If posting to a site that I am unavailable on, [email protected] can be used or the home page of this site. Images are not to be edited from there original finalization without consent outside of Icon cropping by the owner.

- One Day a week is generally an off day from commissions set aside for errands, appointments, and special occasions. Extra days may be taken off due to Holidays, illness, or other factors and will be updated on to let commissioners stay up to date.
- My second job is on call and can change my hours. I often work before or after hours to make up for this or a few extra hours on my off days. As these events can't always be scheduled they are not always visible on my calendar.
